Learn strategies that you may practise in order to cope with stress and more. Join us at our monthly talks for caregivers to learn more, brought to you by our Allied Health Professionals.

Programme Details

Have you ever wondered to yourself, “Why am I feeling so stressed? Why must things happen this way? Why can’t people understand my feelings?”. Learn what stress is and how it affects your ability to care for your loved ones. Our psychologist will teach you strategies that you could practice in order to cope with caregiving stress.
